Some days you just can’t make it to the gym. Maybe your car’s out of gas, there’s a blizzard, or it’s National Something Or Other Day and your gym is closed.
What’s a girl to do?
Here are some of my favorite at-home workouts for those days you can’t (or just don’t want to) leave the house!
1. Yoga With Adriene: I love all of her videos, but her 30 Day Yoga series is one of my favorites. It’s great for newbies and seasoned yogis alike! I also did her Yoga for Back Pain video loads before my herniated discs were diagnosed.
2. Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred: If you’re looking for something that’s going to kick your ass and leave puddles across your living room floor, this’ll do it.
3. Pound: This class is slowly making its way into gyms across the country, but you can also do it at home! You may want to apologize to your downstairs neighbors ahead of time if you live in an apartment building!
4. PopSugar Fitness: So many videos, for every time frame. Only have ten minutes? Or is it a leisurely Saturday? Either way, they’ve got you covered.
